Force Cushion

The Force Cushion features four Nextiles force sensors, designed to be placed in each quadrant of the cushion, to monitor weight distribution while a user is seated.

Through Processing's intuitive visualizations, users can easily track the time and force applied to different areas of the cushion, unveiling detailed insights into their sitting posture.

This project aims to raise awareness of the potential health risks associated with prolonged sitting, such as for modern office workers, by promoting better posture and encouraging healthier habits to prevent long-term harm.
